There is a kind of quiet that no one really prepares you for. 

It comes slowly at first. 

A little more space in your day.

A little less noise in the house.

And then one day, you notice it. 

The stillness.

For years, your life was full of schedules, responsibilities, conversations, people needing you.  You showed up.  

You gave your time, your energy, your heart.  

And somewhere along the way, you may have stopped noticing yourself.

Now things are shifting.

The house feels different.

Your role feels less clear.

And you might be wondering,

Who am I now?

This journal is not here to fix you.  You are not broken.

It is simply a place to return to yourself.

A place to sit quietly and notice what is still here.

A place to remember the parts of you that got tucked away.

A place to gently explore what this next season could become.

There is no right way to move through this season.  But there is a way to move through it with more awareness, more softness, and more connection to yourself.

You are still becoming.

And that matters more than you think.
